ts_calibrate: Input/output error

redhat 5  ,arm-linux-gcc 4.3.2
autoconf-2.64.tar.bz2 ,m4-1.4.13.tar.bz2,
自己编译tslib1.4 成功 ，ts_calibrate复制到开发板上运行，拷贝了库，
结果显示 :ts_calibrate: Input/output error  


请问下怎么解决？ LCD,touchscreen,都已经配置OK的，
手动运行个Lcd测试程序，显示Ok
