使用FTP 传递文件

pc机如果是windows，servu建ftp，如果是linux，lftp建ftp
arm板上的linux，用tftp

Transfer a file from/to tftp server                                             
                                                                                
        -l FILE Local FILE                                                      
        -r FILE Remote FILE                                                     
        -g      Get file                                                        
        -p      Put file                                                        
        -b SIZE Transfer blocks of SIZE octets   
比如tftp -p a.out 192.168.2.1 21
