【求助】Installation machine not supported

主机架构：win7-64
虚拟机：vmware14
Linux：ubuntu12.04
问题：在设置环境变量时，执行./fsl-imx-x11-glibc-x86_64-meta-toolchain-qt5-cortexa9hf-neon-toolchain-4.1.15-2.1.0.sh时，出现错误：Error: Installation machine not supported!
怎么回事？怎么修改？

你ubuntu是32位的，要64位的才行
