buildroot编译错误

进入buildroot-2016.11手动编译 make 全部包提示 libgpgme-1.7.1 包无法编译通过，经常提示编译错误如下：使用 ./build.sh 脚本编译错误一样，编译环境时 Ubuntu 20.04 + Docker， Docker环境如下：
